Aiming to serve energy generators and consumers in free and regulated contracting environments, according to market plurality and relevance, Quattrum will implement by 2025, all of its administrative, engineering, commercialization, implementation and storage units, strategically distributed in macro-regions, across market relevance.

Quattrum will operate in Brazil in more than 1,179 municipalities with more than 30 thousand inhabitants, including the 100 largest cities in Brazilian Agribusiness, in order to provide broad installation and maintenance coverage, supported by a system of quality business relations and distribution qualified and numerical, combined with structured logistics.

ENERGY SERVICES

ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR THE ENTIRE CHAIN OF IMPLEMENTATION AND OPERATION OF GENERATING PLANTS

Construction, assembly, commissioning, operation, maintenance, control and monitoring of generating units and substations, including engineering activities applied to structural and executive planning, management of contracts and works in the EPCM modality and, Procurement for acquisitions of areas and purchase of equipment of generating plants

Structural Planning: engineering analysis and sizing, including the elaboration of concept projects, from the perspective of engineering applied to regulatory safety, quality and energy efficiency, as well as the development of a technical, economic and environmental feasibility study and Financial Plan.

Executive Planning: preparation and approval of basic and executive projects, from the owner's engineering perspective (Owner's Engineering) or the financier (Lender's Engineering), from obtaining and incorporating implementation and operation documentation (registrations, opinions, permits, grants, permissions, licenses and authorizations, among others).

Acquisition and Management: real estate acquisitions and purchase of equipment for the implementation of generating plants, and management of contracts and works in the EPCM modality (Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management).

Installation: construction, assembly and commissioning of generating plants in the EPCC modality (Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning), according to executive projects.

Operation: control and monitoring of energy generation and performance, including claims, based on control, supervision and data acquisition using a SCADA system. Furthermore, predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance of generating units and substations, according to the safety plan, inspection and replacement of parts and equipment.

Decommissioning: execution of processes and management of de-energization, disconnection, dismantling, demolition, disposal and disposal of materials and waste from generating units and substations, including the redirection and/or development of the area.

Marketing and representation of generators and consumers in the free and regulated markets, based on energy intelligence consultancy and business intermediation consultancy for the contracting of electricity and generation quotas, according to the energy demand of end consumers.

Energy Intelligence: consultancy on regulatory and market intelligence for generators and end consumers, according to regulatory frameworks and sectoral analysis, including tariff evolution in the medium and long term.

Business Intermediation: advice and representation of generators and end consumers in the contracting of electrical energy, generation quotas, demand for active power and connection to transmission and distribution systems.

Shared Generation: sale, rental and leasing of generation quotas for consumers located within the Regulated Contracting Environment.

Free Market: sale of electricity to consumers located within the Free Contracting Environment.
